What you need to do to use BuildaWill:
Fill in the Blanks
You may review the blank forms before, as you begin, or while you draft your Will. Using BuildaWill™, you enter the information required by the forms which consist of your name, names of your spouse and children, executor, beneficiary, gifts, guardians, etc.
After you fill out all of your information and preview your entries to ensure their accuracy, then and only then will you be asked to pay for the Will, which you can download and print. All you need to do at this point is sign it to make it valid! You can review it in private and then return to BuildaWill.com if you need to make any changes.
You're in Control!
You are always in control of the process. You make all of the decisions. BuildaWill, together with the information contained in the Estate Planning guide, is a highly effective tool to help you organize and enter information, however, they cannot advise you on what is best for your circumstances. If you feel you need such advice, you should consult with an attorney. That suggestion will be repeated as you go about the process of creating your own Will.
